Terms of Service

Consulting is provided by Sandeep Juneja, Market Positioning Specialist, based in Nottingham, United Kingdom, and delivered remotely unless agreed otherwise. Sessions run for 60 minutes and cover marketing, communications, competitive advantage, strategy, positioning and branding.

Bookings are requests until payment is received and a session time is confirmed by email. Prices are £200 for a single consultation, £600 for a package of four sessions and £1,100 for a package of eight sessions. Any applicable tax is added at checkout. Payment is taken securely by our payment provider; card details are never stored on this website.

A session can be rescheduled free of charge with at least 48 hours' notice before the agreed start time, using the manage booking page or by email. Inside 48 hours, a reschedule is at Sandeep's discretion and the session may be treated as used.

• Cancel seven or more days before the session: full refund.
• Cancel between 48 hours and seven days before the session: 50% refund.
• Cancel within 48 hours, or do not attend: no refund.
• Packages: unused sessions remain valid for 12 months from purchase and are refundable pro rata if cancelled within 30 days of purchase.
• If Sandeep cancels or cannot attend, you receive either a new time of your choosing or a full refund of the affected session.

Refunds are made to the original payment method within five working days of the cancellation being confirmed.

Advice depends on the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide. You remain responsible for your own commercial decisions and their outcomes. No specific financial result is guaranteed; case study figures describe past client work, not a promise of future performance.

Information you share is treated as confidential and is not disclosed to third parties without your consent, except where the law requires it. Frameworks, methods and materials used during a session remain the intellectual property of Sandeep Juneja; you receive a licence to use the outputs within your own business.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud. Otherwise, total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. Indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, are excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
